This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") defines the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of individuals by the company [full name of the legal entity La Scala, e.g. LLC "..."] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "La Scala", "we"), operating under the La Scala trademark, when using the website, pages on social networks and instant messengers (Instagram, Telegram, etc.), as well as when contacting the Company by any other means (telephone, email, dealer network, retail outlets).

The policy has been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated July 2, 2019 No. ZRU-547 (with subsequent amendments and additions), the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Informatization", other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of personal data, as well as taking into account generally accepted international principles of personal data protection.

By using the website, La Scala's social media accounts, contacting the Company via direct messages, instant messaging, phone, or other means, or by providing personal data in any other way, the data subject confirms that they have read and agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please refrain from providing your personal data to us or using our services.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms are used:

• Personal data — information recorded on electronic, paper and (or) other tangible media that relates to a specific individual (the subject of personal data) or makes it possible to identify him (including last name, first name, patronymic, telephone number, email address, delivery address, account information on social networks and instant messengers, etc.);
• Personal data subject — an individual to whom the personal data relates (a website visitor, a social media user, a client, a representative of a dealer or partner, an applicant, or another person who has contacted the Company);
• Processing of personal data is any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with personal data, including collection, systematization, storage, modification, supplementation, use, depersonalization, blocking, distribution (provision, access), cross-border transfer and destruction of personal data;
• Owner and (or) operator of personal data - a Company that, independently or jointly with other persons, organizes and (or) carries out the processing of personal data;
• The Website is the official Internet resource of the Company (including the resource under development), as well as the official pages of La Scala on social networks and instant messengers (Instagram, Telegram);
• User — any individual visiting the website and/or La Scala pages on social networks, or otherwise interacting with the Company;
• Cookies are small text files that are stored in the user's browser when visiting a website and are used for subsequent identification and analysis of the user's behavior on the website;
• Authorized body — the State Personalization Center under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and (or) another government body authorized in the field of personal data.

3. To whom does this Policy apply?

This Policy applies to personal data of the following categories of subjects:

• visitors and users of the website, La Scala accounts on Instagram, Telegram and other social networks;
• clients who left a request, question, or inquiry via direct message, chatbot, phone, or email;
• participants in sweepstakes, promotions and surveys conducted by the Company on social networks;
• representatives of dealers, retail outlets and partners interacting with the Company;
• applicants who have submitted a resume or response to a vacancy posted by the Company;
• other individuals whose personal data is provided to the Company on legal grounds.

This policy does not apply to personal data processed by authorized La Scala dealers and retail outlets independently, on their own behalf, and for their own benefit (for example, when processing a sale to an end customer). Such dealers and partners are solely responsible for the processing of personal data and are required to have their own privacy policies. The company recommends that you verify the terms of personal data processing directly with the relevant dealer.

4. What personal data do we collect?

4.1. Data provided voluntarily by the subject

When you contact the Company through our website, Instagram Direct, Telegram bot, by phone, email, or other means (for example, when submitting an application, question, job posting, or participating in a promotion), we may collect:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• email address;
• city and (or) delivery address, name of the retail outlet;
• nickname and other publicly available details of the account on the social network or messenger through which the request was received;
• the content of the request, question, review or comment;
• for dealers and partners - name of the organization, position, contact information of the representative;
• For applicants - a resume, information about education and work experience, and other information specified in the response to the vacancy.

4.2. Data collected automatically

When visiting the La Scala website and social media pages, technical data may be automatically collected:

• IP address;
• type and version of browser, operating system, device;
• data from cookies and similar technologies;
• information about transitions between website pages, time and duration of visits;
• source of referral to the site (search engine, advertising, social network);
• Anonymous statistics on interactions with publications and advertising on social networks (reach, clicks, reactions), provided by Meta*, Telegram, and other platforms.

* Meta Platforms Inc. is recognized as an extremist organization and its activities are prohibited in the Russian Federation. In the Republic of Uzbekistan, there are no restrictions on the commercial use of Instagram and Facebook services as of the date of this Policy.

4.3. Special categories of data

The Company does not collect or process biometric or genetic data, as well as data on the health status, religious or political beliefs, racial or national affiliation of individuals, except in cases expressly provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and only with the separate written consent of the individual.

5. Purposes of personal data processing

Personal data is processed by the Company for the following purposes:

1. processing user requests, questions, and applications received through the website, Instagram Direct, Telegram bot, telephone, or email;
2. Providing information on La Scala products ([list of products, e.g. mixers, shower systems, accessories, etc.]), consulting on product range, prices and availability at dealers;
3. transfer of applications and contacts of potential buyers to the sales department and authorized La Scala dealers for further communication and purchase execution;
4. organizing and conducting advertising activities, competitions, sweepstakes and surveys on social networks, informing about promotions and new products;
5. management and promotion of La Scala's official pages on social networks and instant messengers, including targeted advertising;
6. improving the quality of the website and services, analyzing traffic and user behavior;
7. interaction with dealers and partners: concluding and executing contracts, promotional support for retail outlets, attracting new dealers;
8. review of responses to vacancies and personnel selection;
9. compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the provision of data upon legal requests of authorized government agencies;
10. protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Company, including in the event of disputes, claims or legal proceedings.

The Company does not use personal data for purposes incompatible with those specified above without obtaining additional consent from the subject.

6. Legal basis for processing

The processing of personal data is carried out on one or more of the following grounds:

• consent of the subject of personal data, expressed by performing implicit actions (filling out a form, sending a message via direct or chat bot, calling, commenting) or in written (electronic) form;
• the need to execute an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party, or to perform actions at the request of the subject prior to the conclusion of the agreement;
• the need to fulfill the obligations imposed on the Company by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
• the need to realize the legitimate interests of the Company (including direct marketing of its own products), provided that such interests do not violate the rights and freedoms of the subject of personal data;
• personal data is publicly available and disseminated by the subject himself (for example, publicly indicated in a comment or social network profile).
