The largest Internet provider SARKOR
Task
Sarkor operates in a competitive category where internet provider communications often boil down to tariffs, promotions, and technical specifications.
Our goal is to develop the brand's content strategy so that social media doesn't just inform the audience, but rather shapes Sarkor's character, increases engagement, and supports the company's overall marketing goals.

Solution
-
We are responsible for Sarkor's content and work in constant collaboration with the company's marketing team.
-
Marketing objectives and current brand priorities form the basis of a content plan: we translate them into clear, visually compelling, and audience-relevant formats.

-
We're developing several areas simultaneously: product content, communications about pricing and promotions, educational materials, situational content, and engaging mechanics.

-
At the same time, we consistently develop our own brand language—using our signature visual system, raccoon character, humor, and digital mechanics to give even rational messages about the internet character and an emotional feel.
Results
We systematically develop Sarkor's content as a fully-fledged part of the brand's overall marketing ecosystem. We work collaboratively with the company's marketing team, aligning content with current business objectives, products, promotions, and communications priorities. As a result, Sarkor's social media platforms simultaneously achieve two objectives: supporting the business's marketing and creating an independent, recognizable brand image in digital. Content becomes not a separate activity, but a link between the company's marketing goals and daily communications with its audience.
